Oh geez - Just what the Dems need. You can bet the GOP will keep this alive until and through The Convention in Charlotte. They live for sex scandals - especially ones that paint gay Dems in a bad light.

You know what's funny about it is that "gay" sexual harassment between "straight" guys goes on all the time. But it's not funny when the aggressor really is gay.

I guess it's one thing when "boys swill be boys" - and it just involves the help - but when it's a boss and the help it makes for "scandals" and lawsuit material. I wonder the extent or duration of the "harassment"?

It saddens me that this jerk has made both the Dems and gay men look bad.

When it's the Boss and an underling then it becomes ILLEGAL. Doesn't matter if its straight, gay, racial, age or any other sort of harassment - it' illegal in the workplace. Harassment is harassment regardless of orientation. Of course this is perceived by the GOP to be much more scandalous when it involves gay Democrats because after all in GOP world women stay home, deal with the economic issues of the day, make themselves look attractive so that the men won't dare look for either straight or heaven forbid gay sex, outside of the home.
I read the comments in the N&O story and it seems like the Dems knew about this back in December? I agree with the one commentator who said it should have been dealt with then, because the GOP will use this...........for a long time
